Presley Grace Boutique (PGB) Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Presley Grace Boutique! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, special events), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly noted at checkout or during special promotions.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We currently ship orders via USPS (or your preferred carrier).

  • Standard shipping delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when applicable.

4. In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

  • Free in-store pickup is available at:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Presley Grace Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Presley Grace Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • At this time, Presley Grace Boutique ships within the United States only.
    (Optional: I can add international language if you plan to expand.)
