Presley Grace Boutique (PGB) Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Presley Grace Boutique!

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges under the terms below.


1. Returns

  • Time Frame: Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Final Sale Items: Sale, clearance, and gift items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Exchanges

  • Store Credit or Exchange Only: If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

  • Process: Bring the item to the boutique or contact us to initiate an exchange (subject to stock availability).


3. How to Return

In-Store Purchases:

  • Bring your receipt to Presley Grace Boutique within 7 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Online Purchases:

  • Contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on our part).


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no extra cost.


6. Gift Returns

  • Gifts may be returned within 7 days for store credit only.

  • A valid gift receipt is required for gift returns.
